    "Dobra Voda" translates from Montenegrin as "Good Water." The town got its name from the natural freshwater springs that have flowed here for centuries. Even today, you can find fountains and natural springs throughout the area. Our apartments are located in this charming coastal town, known for its beautiful scenery, pristine pebble beaches, and crystal-clear sea.

    2. How far are you from the most beautiful beaches in Dobra Voda?

    From Villa Agava, it's only a 4‑minute walk to Veliki Pijesak Beach (one of the most beautiful beaches in Montenegro), and Mali Pijesak Beach is less than a kilometer away. From Sayohat Apartments, the stunning Veliki Pijesak Beach is just an 8‑minute walk from your door. Veliki Pijesak is famous for its soft pebbles, calm turquoise waters, and a lively promenade full of cafes and restaurants.

    3. Is parking available, and do I need to pay extra?

    Yes, free private parking is available on‑site for guests of both Villa Agava and Sayohat Apartments. The parking is located within the property grounds, so you don't need to worry about finding a spot on the street. However, spaces are limited, so if you are arriving by car, we recommend letting us know in advance so we can reserve a spot for you.

    4. What are your check‑in and check‑out times? Do you have a reception desk?

    Check‑in is available from 1:00 PM, and check‑out is by 10:00 AM. We do not have a 24‑hour reception desk, so please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance, and we will discuss self‑check‑in options. If you arrive outside these hours, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

    5. Can I bring my pet to Villa Agava or Sayohat Apartments?

    We are pet‑friendly! Guests may bring their small pets, possibly for an additional fee of €5 per night.

    6. Is smoking allowed in the apartments or on the property?

    We strive to provide a fresh, clean environment for everyone. There are designated smoking areas on the property, but please check with us directly regarding the specific smoking policy for your unit. All common indoor areas are strictly non‑smoking.

    7. Do you serve breakfast? What dining options are nearby?

    We do not serve breakfast on‑site, as both Villa Agava and Sayohat Apartments are self‑catering accommodations designed for independent travelers. Every unit has a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your own meals.

    However, if you prefer to dine out, you're in luck! Both properties are just a short walk from Veliki Pijesak Beach, where you will find many restaurants and cafes right along the promenade. In the nearby town of Bar (just 12 km away), you will discover even more options – from traditional Montenegrin grilled specialties to fresh Adriatic seafood.

    8. Is there a washing machine in the apartment?

    Yes! Each apartment comes with a washing machine, which is ideal for longer stays or for families who need to refresh their clothes during their vacation.

    9. Do you offer airport shuttle service, and how far is the nearest airport?

    Yes, both properties offer a paid airport shuttle service. The nearest airport is Podgorica (TGD), located approximately 53 km (about one hour by car) from Villa Agava and Sayohat Apartments.

    If you need an airport transfer, simply contact us in advance with your flight details, and we will arrange comfortable transportation for you. The cost of the shuttle depends on the number of passengers and the time of day, so please ask for a quote when you book.

    Our central location in Dobra Voda puts you close to some of Montenegro's most beautiful natural and historical sights:

    • Veliki Pijesak Beach – Just a 4–8 minute walk away. This is the most popular beach in the area, with soft pebbles, calm turquoise waters, and a lively promenade full of cafes and restaurants.

    • Mali Pijesak Beach – A quieter, more secluded pebble beach, less than 1 km from both properties, perfect for families and couples seeking a more private spot.

    • Old Town of Bar (Stari Bar) – A fascinating medieval fortress about 12 km away, offering panoramic views of the region and a deep dive into Montenegro's history.

    • Skadar Lake – Just 34 km away. This is the largest lake in the Balkans, famous for its breathtaking scenery, diverse birdlife, and charming fishing villages.

    • The Ancient Olive Tree – One of the oldest olive trees in the world, located just a 10‑minute drive from the town of Bar.
